Jones in Copenhagen-05

I'm a bit behind on my travel updates, so I've decided to start a travelouge. This way I can post about our trip in bits and as time permits. :)

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. We fell completely head over heels for Copenhagen and our hosts. This set of photos was taken on the grounds of the Rosenborg Castle where the crown jewels are kept. For budgetary reasons, we opted to skip the jewels and just explore the grounds. Oh my goodness. So pretty!

On a side note, I don't know what these flowers are called, but they are everywhere in Copenhagen. I just love them! and Cree really loved hiding in them.

All photographs edited with VSCO Film.

    1. Oh! Thank you. I've been wondering what they're called. I grew up in Kansas City and I don't think they are very common there. :)

  10. It's one of my favorite places to go too "Kongen's have" or the kings garden in Copenhagen is a perfect little get-away from the city, in the heart of the city. Beautiful photos! And do you remember the name of the shop your bag is from?

  15. Yes! Rhododendrons... Beautiful photos A!. I am surprised you don't see them more in Michigan. My parents house is full of them. I used to jump of the roof and land in them until I broke a branch and got scared my dad would notice that I hurt his precious flowers. haha

  16. Love catching up on the travel updates, lady! And by now I see you've been updated on your local endemic flora; rhodies are a springtime staple of New England, can't believe they're blooming in Denmark right now. Gorgeous.

Save travels to you two cats! xo
