This is a new fruit we got in the market this week. Cree doesn't know what it is called. You crack open the fruit and a giant seed with tangy fruit pops out. There isn't a lot of meat on the inside, but it still made for a yummy treat.

  1. it looks kind of like lychee, which looks kind of like the fruit that grows on dogwood trees which, unfortunately, does not taste like lychee. for the record.

  2. It is Rambutan. At least that is what it is called on Negros. Sorry, I'm a friend of Jenny's and served in the Bacolod.
